Best beauty products of 2012
Hi guys, I
know that it is March already but I still wanted the best beauty products of
2012 post nonetheless. I have done one last year as well which I will link it
here. Below are products that I bought in the year 2012 and I that I cannot
live without now. I’ll link the individual reviews so you guys can check them
out if you’re interested!
I love how
easy it is to use this blush. I can throw it on early in the morning without a
mirror and I can be assured that my face will not look like a baboon’s butt. It
is extremely light so the colour may not appear on darker skin tones, but it
looks amazing on pale girls. It gives just a nice healthy flush without people
noticing you have blush on. It makes my complexion look smoother than it really
is as well.
I LOVE this
range of lipsticks especially the orange shade. Orange shades are usually quite
uncommon in lipsticks, cosmetics lines usually come up with corals or pinks and
sometimes some shade of orange can look pretty bad. This is the only straight
up orange shade that I have tried that looks really nice and natural. And the
formula is extremely moisturizing.
If you are
looking for cheap affordable double eyelid tapes, you must try this brand of
eyelid tapes out. 1 packet contains 480 eyelid tapes equivalent to 240 pairs of
stickers and they cost around $5. These will last for months! And I find that
they work just as great as Rhomlon’s double eyelid tape which I used to use in
the past which costs like $3.20 per pack of 30 pairs.
If you want
to achieve amazing natural and clean eyebrows, this is the product for you. I
always had a problem with pencils, I either draw them in too dark or lightly
and they don’t look as even as I hope they would be. If you face the same
problem as me, you definitely need this product! You get amazing colour payoff
and your brows will look so natural. Two thumbs up!
Neutrogena Deep Hydrating Mask
These masks
promises to hydrate the skin with vitamin C and I do notice a difference within
a few uses. I had terrible breakouts in the past last month leaving my face
with horrible huge painful zits and I really feel that these masks tone down
the redness of the inflammation. You can get these at Watsons in the 10 for $2
each section. These masks are not super watery like My Beauty Diary masks so
the serum does not drip down the neck.
The best
feeling a woman can get other than taking
off her bra at the end of the day is taking off her makeup. I personally
like wearing makeup but hate the feeling of makeup on, especially when I’m out
the entire day. It feels like someone threw pancake mix on my face at the end
of the day. These Biore cleansing wipes are able to get into the nooks and
crannies of the little crevices on the face and you only need 1 sheet for
the entire face.
