Hey guys!
Another monthly haul again, this time the loots are quite inexpensive which is
fantastic and I can’t wait to share them with you guys. And I have to warn you
guys first, there are a lot of lace in this ‘episode’.

The Cotton
On I often frequent is always on
sale. Their sale section is always updated, for example I saw the exact same
top at full retail price in some outlets and like 1 month later, dirt cheap in
mine. So I always make it a point to go there from time to time. Anyways going
off-topic, this top is so simple yet so chic. It fits so on so nicely and the
leather trimming just adds detailing to the outfit. I always appreciate little details
like this. I bought it in 2 colours since I couldn’t decide which one I liked
better and it was only 5 bucks so why not? The original retail price is
SGD29.90 and I got it in Size S.

Lace Peplum Top in Burgundy/Deep Purple [Cotton
On – SGD$10]
This. I.
Absolutely. Love! Following the peplum trend which started eons ago, I have
been on the lookout for a nice soft peplum top. Now this! Is definitely one
that fits my criteria. In the store it looked kind of a maroon, burgundy colour
but it is more of a deep purple. I bought it in XS as it was the only size
available. It looks really nice on, the pictures does not do it any justice. There
is also a functional zipper at the back perfect for me because a klutz like me
will rip the delicate lacing. I’ll do an OOTD if I’m able to some day! Original
retail price SGD29.90 as well.

Zara Navy Nautical Stripe Shorts [Zara –
USD$19.99]
I initially
wanted to order the trousers version of this which has red stripes but it was
totally sold out within a night. So I had to go for the shorts instead. I
actually really like the texture of it, very different from normal jean shorts.
And I do like the frayed edges as well. The only complaint I have is that it is
very short, like a hot pants short, it cuts right under my bum so I may have to
wear something over to cover a little on the back. I got it in UK10.

Lovisa Rose Gold Watch + Double Cross Necklace
[Watch – SGD$38, Necklace – SGD$17]
These 2
items were already featured in previous posts so I shall not talk much about
them. The Lovisa Rose Gold Watch is a cheaper alternative to Michael Kors Rose
Gold Watch which I have been eyeing for ages but not willing to spend 300 bucks
for it. It looks very pretty and for SGD$38, it isn’t too bad.

And for the
double cross necklace, I have been matching it with almost all outfits I’m
sporting each day. It is a very thin
dainty necklace that gets tangled so easily. Oh my gosh like every single time
I wear it I have to spend 5 mins untangling it. But other than that, a lovely
necklace. I haven’t been able to find a jewelry store, online or physical,
which sells this kind of pieces. I don’t really wear that much accessories on a
day to day basis much rather statement ones, which is all I can see in jewelry
boutiques these days.
